Minesweeper
Classic minesweeper in your browser: three difficulty levels, flags with a long press or right click, and boards you can solve without guessing.
Reveal every square that has no mine. A number on an open square tells you how many mines lie on the eight squares around it — use these clues to work out where the mines are and mark them with flags.
The first click is always safe and opens a larger area. In no-guessing mode (on by default) the game places the mines so that the whole board can be solved by logic alone — no fifty-fifty situations.
Choose from three levels: easy 9×9 with 10 mines, medium 16×16 with 40 mines and hard 30×16 with 99 mines (upright on phones). The game runs in the browser on phones and computers with nothing to install, and your statistics and best times are saved in the browser.
How to play
- Tap or click a square to reveal it.
- Long-press a square or right-click it to place or remove a flag. The switch at the bottom turns taps into flagging.
- Tapping a number that already has as many flags around it as it shows reveals the remaining neighbouring squares.
