Backgammon
Classic backgammon in your browser: play the computer on three levels or a friend on the same device, a single game or a match to 3, 5 or 7 points with the doubling cube.
Roll two dice and bring all 15 checkers into your home board, then bear them off before your opponent does. A lone checker can be hit — it goes to the bar and has to enter the game again. A win scores one point, a gammon two and a backgammon three — in a match the stakes can be raised with the doubling cube (with the Crawford rule).
Play the computer (easy, medium or hard, which checks the opponent's replies to every roll) or a friend on the same phone or computer. Tap a checker and the points it can move to light up; moves within a turn can be undone, and when there is no move the turn passes by itself.
Your match in progress and statistics are saved in the browser, and the game runs on phones and computers with nothing to install, in eleven languages — including Turkish, Greek, Arabic and Persian.
How to play
- Tap the dice to roll.
- Tap one of your checkers, then a glowing point; the arrow undoes a move within the turn.
- The light bulb suggests a move against the computer; with no move the turn passes by itself.
