Hushspire

A quiet journey of a mother and her child through impossible buildings. Turn towers and bridges, slide platforms and find paths that only join in the eye of the beholder. Ten chapters, no hurry.

You guide a mother and her child through pastel towers, terraces and stairways floating in the mist. Tap where they should go — the child always follows one step behind.

In this world, what you see is what counts. A high walkway and a low path are joined if they meet edge to edge on the screen, and stairs can climb forever and return to where they began. Cranks turn bridges and whole tower tops, knobs slide platforms, and stone plates wake hidden mechanisms.

Ten chapters, each with its own sky and calm music. No points, no counters, no hurry. Progress is saved in the browser, and the game runs on phones and computers with nothing to install.

How to play

  • Tap or click a tile — the mother walks there by the shortest way, and the child follows.
  • Drag a crank wheel with your finger, or tap it, to turn part of the building a quarter turn. Slide a knob along its track.
  • You may stand on a turntable and turn with it. A bridge that tips sideways will not move while the mother stands on it.
