Dewfolk
A swarm of tiny water drops with big eyes follows your finger through miniature dioramas of a home. Turn the drops into steam, ice and bubbles, water plants, put out candles and build ice bridges for an ant and a ladybug — 40 levels in four chapters.
A cozy physics puzzle about a swarm of water drops. Touch the screen and the drops gather above your finger and follow it; let go and they fall. Pinch with two fingers to merge them into one heavy drop that rolls and pushes, or spread your fingers to split it into small ones that fly and squeeze through narrow gaps.
The drops change with their surroundings. Near a radiator or a flame they turn into steam and float up, next to a cold window they get frosty and freeze into ice blocks you can build a bridge from, and a bar of soap turns them into bubbles strong enough to lift a rubber duck. Watch out for vases and teacups — knocked off a shelf, they break.
Forty levels in four chapters: Kitchen, Winter Windowsill, Bathroom and Greenhouse. Water a thirsty plant, put out candles, sweeten tea with a sugar cube, steam up a mirror, carry a bean to its pot in a bubble and help an ant, a ladybug, a spider and a snail reach their crumb. Three stars per level: for finishing, for speed and for saving water. Warm 3D dioramas with soft light and shadows, and original relaxing music.
The game runs in the browser on phones (in landscape) and computers, with nothing to install. If you get stuck, the light bulb button shows the solution — the game plays the level for you. Your progress is saved in the browser.
How to play
- Phone: put your finger on the board — the drops follow it; let go — they fall. Pinch with two fingers to merge drops, spread them to split (or use the Merge and Split buttons in the bottom corners).
- Computer: the left mouse button guides the swarm, releasing it drops them. Q or mouse wheel down — merge, E or wheel up — split, P — pause.
- Big drops roll and push things, small ones fly. Heat turns water into steam, cold into ice, soap into bubbles — use them to reach each level's goal.
