Potionpaw
Help an alchemist kitten sort his colourful potions: pour them between vials until every vial holds a single colour. A calm puzzle with no time limit and no end to the levels.
In a cosy workshop by a moonlit window lives Pip — a ginger alchemist kitten in a pointy hat. His potions have got mixed up, and now every vial holds several colourful layers. Pour them so that each vial is left with just one colour. A full vial of one colour gets a cork, and Pip celebrates with you.
The rule is simple: you can only pour into an empty vial or onto the same colour — and only as much as fits. Every level brings more colours (from three up to twelve) and less room, and some levels have just one empty vial. Every level is checked by a solver, so it can always be solved.
You earn three stars for solving a level in as many moves as Pip. You can undo a move or restart the level. Every colour also has its own symbol — a dot, a star, a heart — so the game stays readable for players who find some colours hard to tell apart.
The game runs in the browser on phones and computers, with nothing to install. Your progress, stars and statistics are saved in the browser.
How to play
- Tap or click a vial — it lifts up. Tap another one and the potion pours over.
- The whole top colour pours (every matching layer on top), as much as fits in the vial.
- The light bulb shows the next move and the arrow undoes one; the buttons at the top restart the level and pause. A tutorial with the kitten, level select, statistics and options are in the menu.
